Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Methods & Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped using registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post. 

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days from the date of confirmed payment or order confirmation.

  • If you and Minati have agreed on a different delivery date at time of purchase, that will apply. Otherwise, standard timelines apply.

2. Delivery Address

  • We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure this address is complete and accurate. Any mistake might lead to delivery delays or returned parcels. 

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the courier/postal service. 

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated at checkout and agreed at the time of order. 

  • If there are shipping fees charged by Minati or the platform, those are non-refundable. 

  • Optional: (If you have a free shipping threshold, you can include here. The site mentions “Free Shipping Above Rs 499”.) 

4. International & Export Orders

  • For export or international shipping, additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These extra charges (if any) will be borne by the buyer.

  • Delivery timelines for international shipping may vary based on the destination country, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier’s policies.

5. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). 

  • If you do not receive the tracking information or your order confirmation, contact us using the details below.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you for next steps.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the same order.

8. Other Terms

  • The buyer agrees that Minati Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, courier/postal service delays, or customs clearance issues.

  • If the buyer finds damage or missing items in the package, they must reach out with photos and order details within 24 hours of receipt so that we can assess and assist.
